Service Description
𝐀 𝐥𝐨𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐝 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬! We know we don't have to teach grandparents how to love their grandchildren. That's a given. And, while babies are still the same babies from 30 years ago, evidence, culture, and parenting philosophies have changed 𝘲𝘶𝘪𝘵𝘦 𝘢 𝘣𝘪𝘵! Imagine a class where empty nesters and expecting parents come together in an inclusive, fun, and engaging environment, to learn the most recent evidence on 𝐧𝐞𝐰𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐧 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞, 𝐜𝐚𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐬𝐚𝐟𝐞𝐭𝐲, 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 + 𝐌𝐎𝐑𝐄! Grandparents-to-be want nothing more than to do what's best for their newborn grandchild. But things have changed! What 𝘪𝘴 best now? Our class values the wisdom and experience of the older generation while allowing the expecting parents to combine that input with current evidence and philosophies of 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐧-𝐝𝐚𝐲. We will compare and contrast recommendations from the past, and learn how the new evidence supports growing families. This class is VIRTUAL and is 3.5 hours long and includes handouts for feeding charts, milk storage and preparation, car seat safety tips, and more! Expecting parents and grandparents-to-be are welcome to all attend this class! One ticket per couple. Early bird pricing through SEP 10th! The ticket price will go up by $10 after that. * One ticket needed per couple. Call us to learn more! 414-491-4064.
