When she isn't being a mother to her two children, (3) and (1) and a military wife to her husband, she lives and breathes supporting and serving women during their parenthood journey. The birth and breastfeeding experience of her oldest child was a catalyst in her pursuit of a career in serving women during their transformation & journey to motherhood.
Mariah strives to meet every woman where she's at in her journey. Whether it's your first baby and you have fifty questions or fifth baby and you are confident and familiar, her goal is to be an unmatched pillar of support throughout your journey.
Mariah will ensure you have access to education and knowledge to make informed choices surrounding the many decisions you will need to make during pregnancy, birth and post partum. She will guide you and your partner through it all and become a friend along the way.

A fun fact about her is that she learned Chinese Mandarin fluently in 15 months. She loves God, her family and her job as a doula with her entire heart!
If you've met Tracy, you will know that she is a professional multitasker. She is able to do it all and nothing gets past her. Her love for people and God transcends into any atmosphere she's in with the families she serves. She has been a co-owner of The Omaha Baby Nest since 2020 and the community is better for it.
Tracy is a loving wife and mother of two littles. After being born and raised in Southern California, she decided to move to Omaha in 2017 and couldn’t be happier to be where she's at, serving families across Omaha.
Tracy delivered her first baby via cesarean section and went on to have a successful VBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean) with her second baby. She brings a unique and deeply empathetic perspective to families who have had various kinds of births.
Tracy is a Certified Birth Doula through International Doula Institute and Certified Postpartum and Infant Care Doula through ProDoula!
Throughout her time being a Doula, she has thoroughly enjoyed not only seeing families transform in such a unique way, but has gotten to build genuine and lasting relationships with the families she serves. Tracy's passion for doing this work is fueled by these impactful relationships and is honored to witness the strength each family possesses.
Before becoming a Doula, Tracy went to Culinary School for Baking and Pastry. Tracy was a Pastry Chef for 6 years and continues to use her talents and passion for pastry by baking for The Omaha Baby Nest clients, and local doctors, nurses, and midwives to show our appreciation for them. She and her husband, Daniel are Fitness enthusiasts- especially CrossFit and Olympic lifting. She finds joy doing things outdoors, cooking, and viewing life with the nostalgia of her childhood, through her children's eyes.
To enable the realization that becoming a mother matters. That support and encouragement without bias or judgement allows for positive self-actualization. To provide customized support to new mothers and their growing families. To make Omaha and the surrounding communities well known for thriving mothers & babies, effective communication between providers and patients, and, as a place where the culture surrounding birth & the postpartum period is drastically improved by professional doula support.
