If you are an expecting parent wanting to do everything you can to meet your breastfeeding goals, you're in the right place. Breastfeeding doesn't always come easy, even though it is a biologically normal thing. Perhaps you've heard horror stories from friends or family about how hard it is. Maybe you've heard it should be easy but you're concerned about the possibility of struggling. No matter what, this breastfeeding class will set you up for success. This one of a kind curriculum was created by Mariah Palrang, IBCLC, Doula, and Co owner of The Omaha Baby Nest. In this class, you will learn about the physiology of milk making, the birth and breastfeeding connection, feeding positions, myth busting, how to avoid complications, when to seek help, how to pump and how to ensure your newborn thrives! Couples are welcome (One ticket/ $50 per couple/pair) and space is limited to 4 couples. Snacks and beverages provided (please let us know of any allergy or dietary restrictions).
